Hello all,

This is a brief report on the delicious dinner and evening that we spent at Jane and Alex's new house. They collected us at our hotel at about 5pm and we got some libations at the store on our way to their house. Then we celebrated Alex's birthday with hors d'ouvres and presents, followed by a delicious dinner of Coho salmon, Delicata squash, collard greens, salad, Alex's bread, and dessert. They practically had to wheel us out of there! It was really fun and their new abode is really friendly and aconchegante, as they say in Portuguese.
